We process your account data, uploaded media, transcripts and billing data to provide the service (contract). Files and transcripts are stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany), encrypted in transit, and never used to train AI models.

Service providers: Oracle Cloud (hosting, Germany), Deepgram (transcription and text to speech, USA), Groq (summaries, questions, song transcription, USA), Stripe (payments, Ireland/USA), Cloudflare (secure connection), Resend (emails, USA). Some of them are located outside the EU.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure ("Delete my account"), portability ("Export all my data"), objection. You may complain to your data protection authority.
