In full transparency: here is where your recordings go and how they are protected.
Where your files are stored
Your audio and video files, transcripts and documents are stored on our Oracle Cloud server in Frankfurt (Germany). The server's disks are encrypted, and all traffic with the site goes through an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Who processes your data
To transcribe and summarise, we rely on specialised providers. They only receive what is needed, for the time of processing.

You stay in control
- Delete a file: erased permanently, with its transcript and audio.
- Automatic deletion: in your account, choose to erase audio after a number of days.
- Export all your data and delete your account: from the "My account" page.
- Sharing: your files are only visible to you. A share link can have an expiry date and a password.
Our commitments
- Your content is never used to train AI models.
- Passwords are stored hashed (scrypt): nobody can read them.
- Payments go through Stripe: we never see your card number.
- The database is backed up every day.
- Speaker identification creates no biometric voiceprint.
